"My favorite source for French satellite kit cards in the UK."
Over the years, I've purchased kit and tntsat cards from TotalSat. Their deliveries are consistently quick, and everything works right out of the box. Any questions I have get answered in no time. The phone etiquette could use some work, but with all the positives, I'm still giving them a solid 5 stars. I'll definitely keep coming back.

I received my device from Fransat in no time at all. They were super responsive when I called for info, and I appreciated the text letting me know delivery would take a few days. The decoder was easy to set up and worked perfectly right away. I'd give it a full 5 stars if there was a manual to help me figure out the recording feature and the hard drive I ordered, which, to be honest, I got despite their advice.

The customer service was outstanding. I ran into a bit of trouble formatting my hard drive. They provided me with prompt, personalized assistance. They sent out new equipment right away. Just one number to call and one person to help me out. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to the usual hassle of being transferred around.
